Tôi là hành khách thường xuyên đi công tác ở nước ngoài. Đã từng bay với khá nhiều hãng hàng không, tuy vậy tôi vẫn hài lòng hơn khi sử dụng dịch vụ của quý hãng. Có lẽ bởi thái độ phục vụ của đội ngũ nhân viên mặt đất cũng như trên khoang máy bay đều rất chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện và nhã nhặn.
