| TIAGS with the audit of reissuing ISAGO certificate |

On Sep 27th 2011, at the conference room 2 , Vietnam Airlines office building, Tan Son Nhat Int’l Airport Ground Service (TIAGS) officially launched an audit program for reissuing ISAGO certificate. The meeting was participated by the Board of directors, the Managers of departments and the members of auditing delegation.
ISAGO is an international certificate of the safety and quality management system complying with the IATA standards. TIAGS was the first ground-handler in Southeast Asia and the twelfth in the world that was issued the certificate on April 2009. This award is considered as an encouraging milestone of enhancing service quality for all the board of managers and staffers throughout the sixteen years. With a determined aim of maintaining the certification for the last two years, TIAGS always enhanced and improved the quality of service at international aviation level.
The primary criterion which is paid most attention by TIAGS is to perfect the service quality and maintain the safety in operation. This audit is valuable occasion to measure the service for far more effective solutions and innovations to gain the trust from the customers. Other items:

The audit is conducted in both directly-operating and office units within 3 working days from 27th to 29th September 2011 with a aim to estimate the safety in operating and service providing in a rank of international standard.
