At the contest

With an aim of enhancing the service quality, at the 6th floor, Vietnam Airlines Office building, 30 November, The Load control Department held a profession contest, which was sponsored by TIAGS labor Union.

Questions for audiances

The competition also warmly welcomed the participation of airlines customer such as Singapore Airlines (SQ), Thai Airways (TG), Air France (AF), China Airlines (CI) , NIAGS Load Control Department and the staff from TIAGS.

The contestants

Organized as a gameshow, the contest attracted 5 teams of contestants coming from sections of Weight balance (SWB), Ramp supervising (SRS), and Baggage handling (SBH). There were 3 rounds: the first "Warm-up", the second " Speed-up" , and the last "Destination approaching ". Between each rounds, some questions were raised for the audience to get gifts. The atmosphere was highly competitive for a reason that all the teams proved their good knowledge of profession. Coming to the last round, each team bet on questions to get bonus marks. There were three teams that had a same score; therefore an extra question was needed to rank the teams.

Adwards for the Team 2 and Team 1

In the end of the competition, the first award went to Team 2 including Ms.Nguyen Thuy Phuong Thao (SWB), Mr. Tran Quoc Luat (SBH), Mr. Bui Anh Thang (SRS ), second award belonged to Team 1 including Mr. Nguyen Duy Bao ( SWB), Mr. Tran Anh Tinh (SRS), Mr. Tran Ngoc Linh (SBH). The third award belonged to Team 3 with Mr. Hong Thanh Phong (SWB), Mr. Le Minh Tam (SRS), Mr. Nguyen Tu Huy (SBH). No matter their team won or lost, all the participants were the winners. The competition was chance for TIAGS staff to update their knowledge of profession and reinforce teams
