A-Passenger  service:

-         Counter opening:

+ Depending on aircraft types and numbers of booked passengers, but not later than two hours compared to STD.

-         Check-in time:

• International flights:

+ F/C/FQTV passengers       <= 2.5 minutes

+ Y passengers             = 3 minutes

• Domestic flights:

+ F/C/FQTV passengers       <= 2 minutes

+ Y passengers             = 3 minutes

-         Arrival flights: Staff to be at parking bay/air bridge 5-10 minutes before aircraft arrival.

B- Baggage Service:

-         Departure flights:

+ Baggage to be at aircraft 40 minutes prior to STD.

+ Last piece of baggage to be at aircraft 15 minutes prior to STD.

-         Arrival flights:

+ Staff to be on duty 15 minutes prior to STA

+ First piece of baggage to be at conveyor belt 10-15 minutes after ATA.

+ Last piece of baggage to be at conveyor belt 35-45 minutes after ATA.
