13 - In case of being late at check - in counter or security check? What should I do?All airports have counters for passengers who coming late. Those passengers should inform airlines’ representative to be assisted. To avoid being missed the flight, passengers should also pay attention to flight’s annoucement in the terminal. 14 - I checked-in for the flight then go outside, I come back late and can’t take the flight, how may will I be solved?According to airlines regulations, passengers should present at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before departure time. Passengers could not take the flight if they don’t show up at least 10 minutes before departure time. In this case, passengers should contact airlines representative to book for the next flight. 15 - What do I do when my bag goes missing?First, you inform it to the Lost and Found counter at arrival terminal. There you will provide information to the airline to help them track down your baggage. Most airlines use a global system called WorldTracer which a joint product provided by IATA and SITA. All missing baggage information is recorded on this system. Once a match is found, the baggage is returned to its owner. The mishandled baggage is returned to the passenger within 48 hours. |
