The contest "SLA Message Decoding"

On 10th and 13rd October , the contest " SLA Message Decoding" was held at the 6th floor of the Vietnam Airlines Office Building by Tiags Passenger Service Department 2 (which is specified to serve other customer airlines than Vietnam Airlines).

With its purpose of consolidating staff's knowledge of other airlines service standard, the contest attracted more than 100 audiences coming from Passenger Service Department 2. The contestants were divided into 8 teams.

There were 3 rounds in the contest named "warm-up", "who is faster" , and "lucky stars" . At the first round, through questions and answers, all teams had to perform their knowledge of Tiags service packages, standards of service quality, and intercultural communication skills.

Moving to the second, with the participation by the contestants and audiences, 8 teams proved their deeply understanding on provisions mentioned in the SLA. The used method in this round were to ring the bell for answering turn and bet lucky stars for bonus marks.

At the end, Teams China Airlines and Korean Air were honourly named as the winners. Prizes of Excellent individual were also awarded to Mr. Hoàng Thu Vinh, Ms. Hồ Thụy Vy- Team Eva Air , Ms.Nguyễn Huỳnh Nhi, Mr. Trần Văn Viện - Team China Airlines

The contest successfully ended up with good impression among Tiags staff. Besides giving a period of relaxing time, it is a valuable chance for passenger service agents to brush up on standards of service providing with a primary purpose of heading for a perfect service.
