Star Agent award ceremony of last 6 months in 2011

At the 6th floor Vietnam Airlines office building, the ceremony of Star Agent award was held on 28th December 2011 by the Board of Customer service Development.

The ceremony was participated by the representatives from immigration office, Tansonnhat Operation center, Board of TIAGS directors and more 500 staff of both two Passenger Service Departments.

Twenty nine typical individuals and two teams with excellent customer service were glorified in the speech delivered by Mr. Ha Duy Quang, the TIAGS deputy director and chairman of the Customer service Development Board. Mr Ha mentioned many outstanding staff who had made great contribution to the achievement of the company - TIAGS was ranked by Skytrax as 4-star service supplier with 47 of out 53 criteria met. He also said that obstacles were still ahead, especially when the company reached out for the new markets and welcomed three more airlines customers such as Aeroflot (SU), Eastar Jet (ZE) and AeroSvit (VV). Therefore, it is the perfect style of service that is the key factor to conquer the customer successfully.

In addtion to 29 awards of good staffs, five awards for supervisor and staff were presented to Ms. Vo Kim Nhât, Ms. Nguyễn Thi Hong Hanh, Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Han, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Lua and Mr. Huynh Phong Lan who got the Star Agent title through the year. To spice up the ceremony, some colorful performances by departments of Passenger service are included.

The ceremony successfully drew to an end in a friendly and warmly atmosphere. It is hopeful that those who were honorably named in this ceremony always are guiding stars spreading out the perfect style of service to others.
